Uzbek entrepreneurs participated in the Bishkek Investment Forum 2017 (BIF)

Bishkek Investment Forum 2017 (BIF) was held in Bishkek on December 6, with about 20 entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The main goal of the forum is to attract investments in the prospective business, create a platform for establishing business contacts, and exchange experience and ideas for business development.

Within the framework of the business forum, successful projects of local entrepreneurs were presented, and bilateral meetings of entrepreneurs and investors were organized to discuss business issues.

At the forum, the organizers noted that in two years BIF demonstrated a high demand for a platform where entrepreneurs can meet directly with investors and potential partners in their field of activity.

Entrepreneurs learn to trust each other, negotiate and work together.

During the business forum, Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Z. Urakov, in his presentation informed the forum participants about the economic transformations and investment opportunities carried out in our country for the companies of Kyrgyzstan in the market of Uzbekistan, on measures taken to liberalize the economy and the foreign exchange market, improve the business environment, support business, protect the rights and legitimate interests of small businesses and private entrepreneurship, increase the investment attractiveness of the country's economy, as well as the conditions for foreign investors in existing and newly created FTZs.

This event was another venue for meeting entrepreneurs with potential partners in their field of activity and created opportunities for direct contact of investment seekers and potential investors.
