The opening of the Uzbek-Iranian trading house in Tehran
On April 10, 2018, within the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the opening of the Uzbek-Iranian trading house took place.
In a solemn atmosphere, the Minister of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodzhaev and the Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mojtaba Khosrovtaj, started the work in the Tehran trading house and constantly operating show-room of national production of Uzbekistan.
The event was also attended by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Adham Ikramov and representatives of business circles of both countries.
The trading house was created by the foreign trade joint-stock company Uzsanoatexport jointly with the Iranian company Fawakeh Company.
As the Minister of Foreign Trade Jamshid Khodjaev noted, the main task of the trading house will be active promotion in Iran of a wide range of Uzbek-made goods.
