International commercial arbitration (arbitration) court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry(CCI) of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been established by the Executive Committee of the CCI from February 1, 2011 year and placed on an organ registration of Justice on 15 February 2011.

It operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On arbitration courts", the rules and regulation.
