The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Egypt held an online dialogue on the development of cooperation

On January 18, 2022, the online meeting held between Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan A. Ikramov and the Chairman and of the Secretary General Executive Committee of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, Dr. Alaa Ezz.
During the meeting, Chairmen of both Chambers discussed enhancement of cooperation between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Egypt, organization visits, business missions to Egypt and Uzbekistan, as well as conducting introductory online meetings about investment, export and tourism potential of Uzbekistan for Egyptian business communities.

Meanwhile Dr. Alaa Ezz. mentioned that first visit of a leading Egyptian business delegation to Uzbekistan will be in the first half of 2022 and expressed readiness to establish comprehensive cooperation with Uzbek business community.
In the online meeting, both sides talked about action plans for further strengthening of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Egypt, including the intensification of mutual visits of business delegations, participation of Uzbek and Egyptian entrepreneurs in international exhibitions in both countries and promoting export oriented goods of Uzbekistan to Egypt. 
At the end of the event parties exchanged views and agreed to further continuous expansion of bilateral relations between the Chambers of two countries.
