A meeting with Japanese companies was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On April 15, 2022, a meeting with a delegation of Japanese business circles was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, as well as Japanese microfinance organizations, hotels, restaurants, electrical, cosmetic, consulting and logistics companies.

The Japanese side noted the high desire to establish business in the country, as well as the opportunities created in our country for foreign investors and companies, which further increases the interest of Japanese companies in our country.

In turn, the responsible officer of the Chamber G. Usmanov discussed the issues of attracting Uzbek companies to the production chain of the Japanese pharmaceutical, electrical, building materials, leather and footwear, and textile industries.

At the same time, it was proposed to Japanese companies in Uzbekistan to jointly implement investment projects in these industries and export export-oriented products from our country to Asian countries, connecting them to the production chain of leading Japanese companies.

At the end of the meeting, prospects for further cooperation with the Japanese side in pharmaceuticals, electrical engineering, building materials, leather and footwear, textile and other areas were outlined.
